Haylou RT LS05S is a smartwatch with an excellent screen and long battery life at a low price. Sales start in March 2021. The Haylou RT LS05S watch case is curved to the wrist's shape, and therefore the watch unexpectedly fits comfortably on the wrist. The breathable silicone strap is also comfortable for workouts and everyday wear. The Haylou RT LS05S has a 1.28" 240x240px round screen with excellent viewing angles. You can quickly change watch faces from the application, choosing the right one at the moment. New watch faces appear in the application regularly. The watch has 12 built-in sports modes to help make your workouts more effective.You can receive notifications and reminders from your smartphone. The watch connects to the phone via Bluetooth 5.0. The watch has long battery life. They can work up to 20 days on a single charge in economy mode and up to 15 days on a single charge in 24/7 heart rate monitoring mode. The watch is protected from dust and water according to the IP68 standard

Returns policy

We don't have a direct exchange, but we accept returns. This is permitted within 10 days upon receiving the order, and the amount will be added to your wallet once the return is processed
We do not have a Cash Refund Policy. We can only add the amount of the returned item/s to your wallet which can be used for future purchase(excluding the shipping fee).
Items must be in good condition with its original packaging/tags and invoice.

Changing or cancelling your order

After you placed an order, your order begins to process. Once order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care.

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
