1.Is an adapter/charger included in the package?The Mi Beard Trimmer 1C comes with USB charging cable. An Adapter is not included in the package. It is recommended to use a Mi brand adapter (5V/2A). 2.What attachments come included in the package?The package includes one trimming comb, 1 charging cable, 1 cleaning brush, 1 travel pouch, 1 user manual and the trimmer 3.Can the Mi Beard Trimmer 1C be used while charging?No, the Mi Beard Trimmer 1C cannot be used while it’s being charged 4.How do I enable/disable the travel lock?To enable the travel lock, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the indicator light blinks 3 times. To disable the lock, press and hold the button for 3 seconds until the trimmer switches on. 5.Can I wash the Trimmer 1C under water?No the body of the Trimmer 1C is not washable, you can clean it with soft dry cloth. The trimming comb and blade head can be rinsed with clean water after detaching the blade/com from the trimmer and have to be thoroughly dried after cleaning. Please refer to the user manual for steps to install/remove the blade head 6.How can I install or remove the comb?To install the comb, gently press it into the slot until it clicks into place and to remove the comb use your fingers to push the trimming comb upward to remove it. Please refer to user manual for more details. 7.Where can I find replacement blades or comb for the trimmer?Replacement blade and comb will be made available across Xiaomi’s service centres. 8.Is it safe/possible to trim body hair with this trimmer?The trimmer is only meant for beard and moustache trimming. Using the MI Beard Trimmer 1C to get rid of body hair is not recommended.

Returns policy

We don't have a direct exchange, but we accept returns. This is permitted within 10 days upon receiving the order, and the amount will be added to your wallet once the return is processed
We do not have a Cash Refund Policy. We can only add the amount of the returned item/s to your wallet which can be used for future purchase(excluding the shipping fee).
Items must be in good condition with its original packaging/tags and invoice.

Changing or cancelling your order

After you placed an order, your order begins to process. Once order is placed, you can no longer change the size/quantity/color/ or add other item/s or change the mode of payment but you can definitely request to remove the item or cancel your order to place a whole new one. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must contact customer care.

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within 24 hours. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
